I am looking for a reliable and experienced cleaner to clean my Airbnb on a regular basis. The property is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house and needs to be cleaned to a high standard, ready for new guests. Cleaning includes: * Dusting and wiping down all surfaces * Vacuuming and mopping all floors * Cleaning the kitchen, including the oven, stovetop, cupboards, and refrigerator * Cleaning the bathrooms * Linen change over and cleaning - making thw beds and changing the towels * Taking out the rubbish *Clean entry and patio, wipe down furniture and broom - Due date: Needs to be done on Thursday, 26 October 2023

We are looking for someone to clean and restock our airbnb home (3 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage), who will be available to clean on demand following an end of stay and before the next stay (e.g. a 1-2 day window before and after bookings), including: - standard clean of house, wipe all hard surfaces - change of linen including bed sheets & towels - drop linen at local laundry down the road & pick up clean set (we have a number of linen sets on rotation), we will pay laundry fees - top up of basic consumable items that will be provided eg. Soap, toilet paper, tea & coffee - take out rubbish - communication of any missing or damaged property visible during clean - photograph the key areas and remote controls / house keys to make sure all present following tennant stays - bbq clean if required at extra charge of $55 Looking to engage someone on an ongoing basis to support us in maintaining a high quality airbnb listing. For the main house, there are totally 3Queen beds, 1 Double bed, and one bunk bed, 1.5 bathroom and kitchen. For the other part of the house, there are 2Queen beds, 1 bathroom, no kitchen.
