I'm looking for a team of 2 cleaners for a general Airbnb clean. 2 bedrooms need general cleaning and beds made, 1 bathroom, 1 ensuite, laundry, open plan kitchen, dining and living area. Vacuum and mop. The bedding in 2 of the bedrooms will need to be changed, (one bedroom will not be in use so you can leave that bedroom), there is linen provided in the linen closet. The linen will need to be cleaned and can be done on the premises, along with the towels if you have time to clean the towels. It should take 2 hrs for a team of 2 people to clean at $40 an hour. Max $160 to be paid for 2 people for the 2 hours. It recently had a deep clean, so it won't need any scrubbing. Payment can only be made via bank deposit. I will also need photos of your completed work. You only need to wipe down the benches, sink, stove top if they need it. Check that the fridge has 6x bottles of water, a 1ltr milk and that rubbish bags are replaced if applicable. Water and milk are in a box in the garage. Looking for a cleaner to “turn-over” house between short-term (Airbnb) lets. THE HOUSE is a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on Parma Crescent in Ocean Grove. You can view the house by googling “Airbnb Seascape OG” I have operated this house for over 10 years and am very selective about what guests can stay, so typically only requires a moderate clean. OFFER is $120 per turnover. This is based on 3 hours standard clean at $40ph. If you require additional time, I am willing to discuss. WHEN? The house is let all year and will usually require 1 WEEKDAY clean every week. At busier times, such as school holidays, there may be 2-3 cleans per week. I will usually provide 2 weeks’ notice and you will have a 2-3 day interval to complete. If a weekend clean is required, we can negotiate a higher price. (a rare occurrence) If you are unavailable to clean, let me know in advance and I will make alternative arrangements. WHAT IS REQUIRED: The goal is to present the house to a standard that you would expect as a guest!! There are cleaning products and appliances on-site. Following are some of the key tasks. - GENERAL TIDY-UP rubbish removed, rooms aired, everything back to where it belongs and looking neat. Bring rubbish bins in/out from the curb. - REPORT any issues or supply shortages, photograph damage. - KITCHEN- wipe surfaces and microwave, check oven (will pay extra if special clean is required) remove perishable food from pantry and fridge. Replenish supplies such as dishwashing tablets & liquid, spray, sponges, scourers, bin bags, coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil. - VACUUM throughout house - STEAM MOP bathrooms, kitchen and foyer. - WINDOWS spot clean marks and hand prints - BATHROOMS- wipe surfaces, clean toilet and showers of soap scum/mould. Leave 3 toilet rolls per bathroom. - BEDROOMS- Pillows and Blankets neatly folded on beds Matching doona covers/pillows may require a spot clean. If they are too dirty, then replace them. (This is not required often, as I wash them whenever I am in OG) - BED LINEN- roughly half of bookings request linen hire. All linen is located at the house and you are not required to wash them. Linen Removal- strip beds, collect linen in bags provided and leave in garage. New Linen- leave required linen in each bedroom and the guest will make their own beds.
