Regular cleaner required for Airbnb. Must be available any day of the week, approximately 4 to 6 times per month. It's a 3 storey townhouse. The ground level has garage, small laundry, one bedroom with ensuite. Level 1 has kitchen, small dining area, small balcony and living room. Level 2 has two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each clean would require: - all used bed linen and towels, etc to be washed, dried and placed back on beds (there are 2 scenarios as to how this can occur - please see below) - general but thorough clean of main bathroom and ensuite - general clean of kitchen benches/dining/balcomy table including all dishes washed and placed away, wipe out microwave and oven and clean stove top if necessary, mop floor, etc - clean bedrooms including wiping surfaces, vacuuming - throw out any rubbish in bins - re-stock supplies such as toilet paper, salt/pepper, tea/coffee, etc (all of which I supply in a locked storage cupboard) - general cleaning as required e.g. dusting The property accomodates between 1 and 8 people. Sometimes only 1 or 2 bedrooms require cleaning depending on the number of guests staying. The living room contains a fold out sofa bed which occasionally is used if 8 people stay - bed linen is also supplied for this. Payment: Scenario 1; all laundry washing occurs at our property - this would take between 1.5 to 3 hours depending on amount. This would be a flat rate of $150 (all other house cleaning occurs whilst linen is in the washing machine and/or dryer). Scenario 2; all laundry washing occurs off-site - this would take between 1.5 to 2 hours (cleaning time at the house). This would be a flat rate of $165. This would involve you stripping the beds and placing dirty linen in your car to take home and wash then return on the next job.
