Looking for a cleaner experienced in Airbnb cleaning, preferably near South Preston area. If you do this right - there will be more jobs. Just need someone who knows how to clean to get the 5 stars for the clean. *please note that this can only be done on the 15th March as we have someone checking out on this day and someone checking in early on the 16th. One of our rules is to leave the apartment as it was (spotless). It is our home and not a party place. We have a washer dryer in the apartment and it will involve taking off the bedding, putting it in a washer for 15 min, then dryer for 2.5 hours and using the same towels and the bedding to put on the beds. I do have bedding ready for one of the beds though:) It is a small 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment - with a small terrace. I will have someone come in and check the place after the clean and will ask you to take some pictures. Need someone I can trust, with attention to detail and very excellent communication skills. Willing to pay $40 an hour - as long as this is done properly. E.g no rubbish left, checking fridge, oven, dishwasher, dusting etc. PS. I am particular on how the pillows are layed out on the daybed in the living room and we always use the under the cover sheet. I do have cleaning supplies and a good vacuum cleaner. Sometimes 2.5 hours in the dryer is not enough to completely dry the bedding so you may have to set it on for longer - hence I am ok if this takes 5 hours (I can explain how to manually turn the dryer off).

The house is already relatively clean and tidy, though I need surfaces cleaned, floors vacuumed and mopped (timber floorboards) and kitchen and bathroom cleaned. Cleaner will need to take pictures of apartment on arrival for post guest condition to me by whatsapp and then after of the clean/changeover.
