Hi, I'm looking for a long term partner to help with cleaning and turnover of our shared apartment for my airbnb listing, it has a 1bedroom and an ensuite with occasionally another bathroom (not the whole apartment). Looking to pay 30 flat rate each time. We have people at-least 2-3 a week on average.

Small apartment in Ultimo, must arrive at 10am. The job doesn’t take more than 2hrs. Here is what should be done: 1- Bedroom • Take off the bed sheets put them in a big plastic bag and leave it next to the apartment door. • Put new bed sheets. with towels. • Dust and wipe surfaces and mirror, check inside the closet for any forgotten things. 2- Bathroom • Put the bath mat in the washing machine and turn on (quick cycle for 30min). • Clean the shower. • Clean the toilet. • Clean the sink and mirror. • Clean the floor. • Top up the toilet tissue (if needed). • Top up the shampoo and hand soap (if needed). • Take away the garbage. 3- Kitchen • Clean the kitchen benchtop and the cooktop. • Clean the microwave. • Clean the oven (if needed). • Check the fridge and throw away any leftover food and opened drinks and wipe any dirt inside (if needed). • Wipe the cabinets door. • Take away the garbage. • Empty the kettle (if needed). • Empty the dishwasher (if needed). 4- Living room, dining room and office • Dust and mop surfaces. 5- Vacuum and mop the whole apartment at the end. I have an apartment I have on Airbnb. I have a booking leaving on 1 March at 11am and another arriving the next day. I need someone to help fully clean bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, mopping floorboards, general dusting, etc. You also need to "reset" the bedrooms by washing and drying the bed linen and towels and putting back on the bed (there's a washer and dryer in my apartment). There are three beds all up. I appreciate this will take time (the dryer will take a little while) but happy for you to consider that in your quote, no problems. I would also appreciate if you could take photos after you clean: this is really important for Airbnb "compliance" in case a guest challenges something *wasn't* clean.
