Wipe down all kitchen benches, clean & polish sink, taps & other hardware. Empty bins. 3. CLEAN BATHROOM Sanitise & clean toilet. Shine sink & mirrors. Spot clean shower: depending on how long your guests stayed, you may only need to wipe over the shower for most cleans & give it a deeper clean periodically. Scrub glass shower screen & squeegee dry. Don’t forget to check drain holes! Empty bins. 4. RE-STOCK CONSUMABLES - tea, coffee, paper towel, bin liners, dish soap, sponges, toilet paper, h& soap. 5. DUST, TIDY, RESET Spot dusting throughout: wipe tables, surfaces, light switches & skirting boards if needed; PLUS check guests haven’t left items behind. Make sure all lights are working (spare light bulbs stored on site), taps aren’t dripping or leaking, fans, air conditioning & heaters work & maybe keep a lamp on for your late check-in guests! Tidy & reset: stack books, plump up cushions, straighten rugs, arrange décor items, leave out guest information booklets, redraw blinds & curtains. 6. SWEEP, VACUUM & MOP indoor & outdoor areas 7. Needing cleaner to do an Airbnb “reset” clean between guests. The cleaning window is 10.00am - 2pm. The clean will take about 3 hours. Due to people checking out, the clean must be completed after 11.15am. We typically do the clean ourselves and it would take me 1.5-2hrs to do a full clean. Small apartment, 1 bedroom with a queen, 1 shower/toilet, open plan lounge, breakfast bar and kitchen, plus outside deck, I would require that the leaves be swept off the deck outside and that the outside table is wiped. Being a Airbnb listing, the property is set up minimalistically for ease of cleaning. Duties for a clean as follows. Remove sheets and duvet cover from beds and add to the washing machine if they're not already in there and start cycle, re-make the bed, place bathroom towels on bed with linen we supply. Check wardrobe and drawers for any belongings. Once the washing machine has completed cycle, add any remaining linens and towels to the washing machine, and place sheets in dryer if it is a wet day, or on washing line if it’s dry, once they are dry, iron if required (often this isn’t the case as they dry unwrinkled) and store away. Vacuum and mop floors including under the bed (as it can get dusty) and in the bathroom, clean shower, toilet, basin. Wipe down all surfaces including window sills/blinds, kitchen surfaces, check fridge, oven, microwave and clean if nessecary(often it’s just the fridge). Presentation of the bedrooms is to be expected as it is a Airbnb. Quick clean of stove top and kitchen surfaces. Wipe down benches, fridge and microwave interior and exterior. Guests are expected to wash their own dishes and cutlery but we are required to check it is clean and presented well. Check dishwasher and empty if nessecary (guests usually take care of this). Remove rubbish. Tidy up seating area and ensure it is well presented. Hello there, We are looking for Airbnb cleaner for long term partnership. Here is the check list as below. Check list: - take off all linens, used towels and fast wash in 15-20mins and then put in dryer in 90mins, use the spare bed set in cabinet to cover it again( use the new set as a MUST) - vacuum and mopping the floor all internal areas. - swipe balcony, and all table surfaces, mirror spray and wipe all mirrors in the unit: 2 big mirrors, bathroom mirrors, wardrobe's mirror, etc.) - Clean toilet and bathroom with bleach products to make sure it looks 100% clean everywhere. _ Kitchen clean in and out everywhere like : fridge, microwave, ovens, sandwiches presser, sinks, etc. Please make sure kitchen bin is empty and put the new plastic bag in (normally guest will do this but double check incase guest forgot to do or so on) -after these, check the dryer, all the bed set and towels should be done by then, take it out check if it's totally dried, fold and put it back to the cabinet.
