Will need to be able to drill through double brick and install unit along side of house (ideally as out of sight as possible). Will need to run electrics along outside of building to near by powerpoint that has been installed along outside of unit. The AC Installation: Wire, plumb and install the customer supplied Rinnai J-Series 3.5kW Reverse Cycle Split System Air Conditioner. The internal unit will be mounted in the location specified in the attached markup. The external unit will be mounted on the floor directly behind the location of the internal unit. Refrigerant pipe, drain pipe and interconnect cabling is to be installed in surface mounted ducting on the external wall. Dedicated Circuit Supply, wire and install a dedicated power circuit for the AC unit including AC isolation switch and RCBO (safety switch). I have a split system air con that needs to be removed and a new one installed. The current air con upstairs and the condenser unit is below on the ground. I want the new one to be placed where the old one was and the condenser unit to be mounted on a flat colourbond roof further down from the window. Wire to be put under roof tiles and fed through to a flat roof at the back of the house on a second level approx 5 meters away. Eventhough it's on a second floor, the condenser can fit through a window where we would like it installed so there is no hauling it up a ladder which makes the job easier. I also have one air conditioner that I would like dismantled and removed on a ground floor. Any rubbish to be taken away. If possible take away old air conditioner.

We need our existing vents removed and larger vents installed into the ceiling 7 vents.
