Two split Air con installation on internal wall.

I require a qualified and licensed air con electrician to install two second hand split system units in a stand alone single story house in Preston. One unit will be back to back (brick wall) the other is on the roof of a single story granny flat with a flat roof (slight angle for drainage)(easy access and ply wood walls). I have one spare spot on the switchboard for a new circuit breaker. The budget for installation is $1000 for the two units. I am happy to help with installation where needed to help make it a quick job. A receipt on completion is required so I can get reimbursed from my landlord. The split systems I'll purchase will be professionally removed and still have gas in them. I am looking at 1x 6-7kw and 1x 2-2.5kw Happy to follow installers advice on max kw per circuit and purchase units that will make installation easier.
