Hi, I need someone who can inspect my air conditioning unit. I just moved here, and one of the air conditioners isn't blowing cold air. It turns on, but the outdoor fan isn't working. Kelvinator split system aircon KSE35HRA is not blowing hot air (the fan is not working on this setting). Seems to work on cool but unsure if it is just blowing room temperature air. Tried to reset. Tried to keep it running for ages as ‘defrosting’ red button was on for a while (not now). Tried to switch on from main power board on and off. Checked filters too. Hopefully we can fix it. If not, we are looking to replace it with similar newer model we will provide (KSD35HWJ) and will require a quote to replace (easy access to update the inverter). Budget is for a electrician to come in and have a look at it and replace part if needed (we will pay for the part)
Bao came very quickly and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Sadly the gas leak in our aircon couldn’t be fixed though (only fan working) as it was an older model. Wish we knew this so we could invest the money into the new installation/replacement instead.
