Fujitsu reverse cycle. It turns on, but sometimes doesn’t start blowing for long periods. Sometime it works straight away. Maybe some setting, or thermostat , or something. Looks easy fix for someone who knows Photo attached

I need help with my evaporative air conditioner, which is gushing water from the drain valve outside. Here’s what’s happening: The drain valve is constantly leaking a large amount of water instead of draining normally. The cooling pads appear clogged with dirt, and water is building up and overflowing outside. I haven’t cleaned them yet. It seems like the float valve might not be regulating water properly, or the drain valve is stuck open or faulty. The water pressure may also be too high, but I’m not sure if that’s part of the issue. Would you be able to come and inspect it? Let me know if you need more details. Thanks!

We have an older York aircon (model: HLKA24FS-AAA) that is inconsistent with the cold air it is producing. It will provide cool air for maybe 5-10 minutes and then start producing warm air after. Need someone to come and take a look and fix/service the unit, please.

Split system . Have identified that the upstairs bedroom a/c is running short of refrigerant due to a leak within the system, the a/c requires a leak search and repair to resolve the issue.

Multi head residential LG split system aircon consist of single outdoor unit and 5 cassettes. 10 years old. The outdoor unit model is UHXM170BA0. 4 internal units are indicating CH51 error , one is indicating CH09. Error appeared since the power outage in the area ~10 days ago. I need someone familiar with LG aircon for troubleshooting & identify what repairs are if needed.
