URGENT MUST BE FINISHED BY WEDNESDAY CAN DROP OFF SATURDAY/ SUNDAY Short dress for elopement in Vegas I need 3 things done from easiest to hardest 1. Hemmed shorter 2. It is very booby so I need a clasp/button added and extra fabric underneath (either extra from hem OR I do have fabric I’ve purchased) 3. The sleeves are very puffy. I’d like them shorter and tighter. I leave Thursday night to Vegas. I went to pick it up and my seamstress hadn’t even started (was with her for 3 weeks) so I’m really desperate. Happy to travel to drop it off and pick it up, will try on and give more information.

Looking for someone to take up the hem of 3 new curtains. I have measured the amount to be taken up, but they will need to be pinned if required. Will need to arrange for pick up/ drop off. The adjustment is to be done on your sewing machine. Located in the Inner West. Please see details/ size etc here (they are the largest size): Each of the 2 panels (per curtain) is 220 cm. Curtains hemmed

I have six curtains that need to be hemmed. Two are sheer curtains and the other 4 are linen (similar to a linen sheet - no lining). I could pin them at the right height and bring them to you in Torquay or Geelong (or Melbourne if we can't find someone closer). Or you can come and work at our house in Torquay? Not sure what a reasonable budget is - I am open to spending more if need be once I have a better idea of the time / complexity of the task.

Hello.I need a dress altered. need someone with good experience with dress making and alterations and a fair price quoted. sequin fabric and it has a split up the back. i would like A SIDE split put in either on the side seam or in the front over thigh (Split to my mid thigh) if this is possible? . the dress is lined, as you will see from pics. i am locate in Brisbane city and willing to drive up to 30 mins to meet you if required. i am attending a Gatsby event and want to make this dress more sassy. thanks so much!

I have 3 sets of sheer and block out curtains that I need to be measured and hemmed. 2 bedrooms and media room. Curtains can be removed after correctly measured. We’d prefer it done onsite and will need to bring sewing machine and tools to complete task.

Have two lots of curtains that need to be taken up at the bottom around 15cms. Doesn’t have to be 100% perfect but just need them off the floors so there’s no drag. Please see photos of the curtains. Roughly 7/8m of fabric once all stretched out.

Looking for someone who can help with minor alterations for around 12 wedding dresses. It's not for a wedding so it doesn't have to look perfect - it just needs to be secure and fit the person. The dresses are donations and going to be used for the Mardi Gras parade. Details: - Need to bring your own sewing machine - Minor alterations include hemming, adjusting straps and adjusting back to fit wider shoulders (like add hook and eye (supplied), sew down excess fabric etc.) - Approx. 12 wedding dresses (some photos attached for reference) - Arrive by 12 for a 12:30pm start this Saturday 8th - Surry Hills location Note: Has to be comfortable with being filmed. Some footage will be used on social media.
