We need someone to sew a really long table cloth - approx 9820 mm x 2070mm (plus allowance for hems). This might change slightly but we will confirm this evening. Previously we did the attached picture where we have three long pieces and sew them together so the seems aren’t visible on the top of the table. It works by having the roll width at the centre and then cutting another of the same length into two skinnier pieces We can pay for the fabric at your nearest spotlight store and also organise an uber package to deliver the tablecloth when ready. You will need to pick up the fabric from spotlight and make the table cloth by end of day Thursday. We could deliver late Thursday or Friday morning The fabric will be ok to sew in a normal machine just very long. As soon as we get the fabric selection we can update with roll dimensions to finalise

Need to fix tears on 4 X sun lounge chairs

Looking for a last minute sewing on of badges to a scout uniform. I’d need to drop it to you (or have you pick it up) tomorrow Saturday or late this afternoon and return it on Sunday. 1 large round badge and 1 small hexagonal badge on shirt front, 4 small on left sleeve, 2 large and 1 medium rectangle and 1 large round badges on dilly (cotton) bag.

I purchased a toy for my baby for Xmas assuming the edges would be stuffed to hold the “walls” up. As this is how it appears in the advertisements. To my surprise they’re not. It’s very floppy and does not have any structure. I love the idea of it and would like to see if someone is able to stuff the insides of the walls to match the back and front of the animal. And sew it back professionally.

We had large linen curtains which we now want to repurpose for a different place. They are hemmed but will need the tops cut down and a side hemmed and then a new hanging system ie for the rails sewed in. You will need to have done curtain making before to understand the measurements. The material is pure linen so we want a curtain maker or someone that has done this as the material is expensive and the curtains are already well made they just need to be adjusted. Probably an hourly rate is what you’ll need to give or understand the job better. We are looking to make 4 new curtains out of 4. If you could hang one that would be great too but not essential.

I’m buying three eyelet curtains from Freedom. They need to be joined together to make one long length (4.2m) for a sliding door. Looking for someone who regularly makes alterations. Pick up and drop off of curtains in Norwood area preferable.

I have a stretch fabric top that needs the back hem cut and taken up, to match the length of the front. It is a thick stretch fabric so your machine must be able to handle stretch fabric and an overlock machine would be ideal.

I purchased some cotton on flare leggings that need to be hemmed. Happy to drop off the leggings and pick up from you depending on location and your availability.

I have shorts that I’d like hemmed and a blouse I’d like the sleeves altered/shortened to cap sleeves. In the photos, I’ve folded each to show what I’m requesting. I do need this completed by 25 July and I prefer pick up/drop off of the items and I’ve included petrol/travel expense.

Need small stiches for 5 shirts (small1-2 inches), 1-2 inches in a trouser, few shirt buttons, few stiches for a trouser and a button for a jacket.
