The zipper zips up from the top and from the bottom. Both ends are broken and it's completely out of line from where it's supposed to be. The jacket is brand new with tags still attached. It pretty much broke the moment I touched it. I would much prefer a zipper that does not zip up from the bottom as well as the top. I just want a normal zipper, as I don't see the point of the bottom zipper anyway. It just seems like the bottom zipper will cause it to break easily again in the future. I don't want to get it fixed only to end up in the same position all over again. I don't know how much this would normally cost, so my budget is based upon what I have read on the internet about what it normally costs.
