Fix a zipper on my couch cushion

The zipper on couch is broken, it may just need a replacement head or the whole zipper may have to be replaced. The cushion is 60 x 70 cm. The zipper is 40cm on each side and 60cm across top (back). The foam and padding is attached to the cover but I am sure that it can be removed.
