Have new freedom blockout S-fold curtains hung and they need to be cut and hemmed (I bought tape) / taken up 12cm and steamed.
Lovely friendly lady and came on time with good communication. Unfortunately a job she said would take 1.5 hours took 4.5 hours and 3/5 curtains have been hemmed too short and now need to be replaced. (content moderated) Very costly mistake hiring this person :(
