Urgently needing help! Dress I am meant to wear to a ball on Saturday no longer fits - needs straps shortened and possibly darts taken in at the waist

I need a tailor to alter a pair of trousers which are too big for me to make them fit. (I’m a size 8, these trousers have no size label). I’ve attached photos of the inside seams too where the adjustments could be made. Looking for someone who enjoys doing this and for experienced people it shouldn’t take too long! I don’t have a sewing machine or time to do this myself as just moved from the uk :)

I need some simple alterations done on a bag of clothing including some dresses, skirts and tops. The alterations include taking things in, adding lining, turning a dress into a skirt with elastic waistband, hemming tops. **i need it done by mid June, Airtasker won’t let me edit the date*** I have designed a simple dress (cocktail / party dress, not a wedding dress) that I would like made out of acetate / elastane / lycra in either a butter yellow (see design inspo) or a really lovely navy. Will work with you to get the fabric so it's correct and to do a fitting or two if needed. You will need to source the fabric and buttons and equipment and all that. Also can work with you on the design a bit more to make it clearer or more doable, happy for you to have some creative input. Of course ask me any more questions if need be. Price negotiable.
