I have six curtains that need to be hemmed. Two are sheer curtains and the other 4 are linen (similar to a linen sheet - no lining). I could pin them at the right height and bring them to you in Torquay or Geelong (or Melbourne if we can't find someone closer). Or you can come and work at our house in Torquay? Not sure what a reasonable budget is - I am open to spending more if need be once I have a better idea of the time / complexity of the task.

Making of 4x cushion covers for caravan seats/foam inserts. 2 different sized cushions. 66cm x52cm x11cm 66cm x30cm x9cm Zip on each cushion so covers can be removed for washing. I am happy to purchase fabric and bring to you along with cushions. But would need to know how many metres would be required as well as the type and size of zips needed too. Located in Leopold but can travel within Geelong and surrounds to get these done.

The zip fell off the skirt, would like a new zipper added, in addition would like the mini skirt to be low waisted instead of high waisted. (I fold the fabric over to make it low waisted although would be best if sewn in place)

Need two sets of curtains hemmed. They are Freedom blockout curtains that have a strip where you just fold them and iron along to seal.

I'm seeking someone to urgently sew 15 cushions for a photoshoot like the ones in the photo. I will supply the cut fabrics, zippers and thread and can drop them off this afternoon, with a view to collecting them or having them delivered to me tomorrow afternoon/evening. The tasker must live in or close to Geelong for me to deliver the fabrics.

I have bought a few things from the op shop that I want to change and/or make other clothes from, but I'm not sure how. I have a sewing machine but I'm not sure if I have the right needles and equipment etc. I recently did a beginners sewing class so I know some basic sewing skills, but I just don't know how to make these adjustments to my clothes. The adjustments include adding extra material to make them longer, taking in the waist, making a skirt from a dress etc. Some of the material is stretchy, chiffon, and some is denim. I can come to you (in/around Geelong or Melbourne), or you can come to mine in Hamlyn Heights or Carlton. I want to learn so I can do it to future pieces, too. Hopefully we can have some fun! :)

Rehem 3 T-shirt as they are too long

We have 6 individual white shear curtains from Freedom Furniture that are hung but are too long. They need to be cut and hemmed. Apparently they need to be ironed with an iron or hair straightener at the base and hemming secured with the double sided tape provided. I can remove them and hang them again when required

As mentioned, 2 pairs of trousers hemmed to shorten length of legs
