Looking for someone to bring in the neck line of my two tshirt as it falls and is too lose.

Im making two drapes for my son’s bed. I have a roll of cotton fabric 17.2 m long and 1m wide. I need it to be made into two pieces measuring 4.3x2m. This will require the fabric to be cut into 4 equal pieces (measuring 4.3m long each), then joining two of them together to make a wider piece for each drape. I then need the edges hemmed/sewn over to prevent fraying. I have attached pictures of my inspiration, the roll of fabric, and a diagram of what I want done (the diagram is of one drape, but I will need it done twice for 2 drapes). I live in Heathmont (eastern Melbourne, Australia)

I have this jacket that I adore but the zip is really crappy. I went to go to an alterations place and they said due to the non standard length they wouldn't be able to replace it with a quality zip. So I thought I'd pop it here if anyone would like to give it a go! The main issue is that the zip keeps getting caught so easily when I zip it up. Looking for someone experienced and have professional sewing machine to alter the width of double layered blockout curtains to fit 2 windows approximately 3m wide but the curtain pieces I have are too small and need to join together to fit 22 pencil pleate hooks. Distance between hooks is approximately 105mm. Currently have the following materials. 6 x 8 hook pieces 2 x 11 hook pieces 4 x 12 hook pieces They are quite heavy and will need a commercial sewing machine to do this job.
