I have some clothes made from lovely material but they don't fit so I was hoping to use the scraps to make scrunchie headbands. I also have wire headbands to be used in this project. I've looked it up and seems all you need to do is cut some rectangles with the fabric, sew the edges and thread the wire headbands. I just can't sew but think it would be good use of the gifted dresses I can't wear.
