Broken zipper And hem taken up Both issues for same pair of pants

I have this couch that we got second hand. The bottom right hand cushion needs some foam added to plump it back up and maybe the back cushions as well. But the cushions are attached the the couch. Was hoping someone would know how to unstitch and stitch it back up. Open to offers Couch has been steam cleaned since original photo was taken :)

I bought a new super king size quilt a few months ago and it keeps slipping down in the cover. I’ve read of a few options to solve this such as sewing parallel to corners of covers to make it a bit smaller, sewing on ribbon ties or other fastenings to inside of quilt cover and corners of quilt. I don’t have the sewing skills for this and want help from someone with experience. The bedding was quite expensive because it’s special hypoallergenic stuff, so I don’t want to ruin them with my dodgy sewing and first time attempts at this problem. Open to negotiation on cost as I don’t know how long something like this would take. - Due date: Before Monday, 11 September 2023
