This is a task for someone with access to a proper 5+ thread overlocker. I have the pieces already cut, with a tiny bit extra so you can just serge it off where you see fit. I have elastic ready to go, plus a piece of the original garment I'm copying, so you can see how the elastic needs to be attached. Each leg is a single piece. Very simple pattern to throw together. I just don't have the right kind of machine.
