The Jordan Springs property has perforated pipes installed around the perimeter and is now due for inspection and a chemical treatment refill. I would prefer not to proceed with the previous provider due to their high pricing, so I’m exploring alternative quotes for this service. The Cranebrook home also requires a termite defence system (I believe). Depending on the findings, we may need to discuss options such as installing a termite shield or other preventative measures. I have recently bought my dog a winter jacket (he’s skinny and long!) and the head hole and waistband need altering (to be made smaller) to fit him better for winter. Pictures below show what needs to be fixed. The collar area is pinned at the ideal length (a stitch will need to be added to make it permanent). Second picture of waist band shows what will need to be altered (either some length removed or what not). Hopefully the pictures provide a better idea of what needs to be done.
