I have several new maxi-length dresses. But being only 5'2", means that they are all too long for me. Most of them have poly/satin lining with a fairly sheer over. So both hems on the one dress would need to be cut and re-hemed. How much would you charge per dress hem work? Thank you kindly, Bella*
