I bought a dress. It's too long for me. I need to have it shortened.

Require additional material removed from pants. This material is overlap along the sides of pants which makes pants look like long skirt. Pockets are somewhat attached however should still be able to remove excess material without affecting pockets. Would like this extra material removed and neatly hemmed. Thank you

Hi, With halloween coming up, I have bought a wonder woman costumer for my 4 year old daughter. Unfortunately it is a bit too long and needs to be altered at the waist to fit her.
