Need to do a deep clean for end of lease. Send me your best price for the value of this job. No carpet. This is a compact little apartment I've lived in for six months. While I have never left big gross spills and messes around, and vaccumed weekly, I have not ever really dusted the shelves/cabinets or cleaned the bathroom walls/floors (both tiled with grout), nor have I propperly scrubbed the tub more than once, so these areas will need your attention. Task includes: - Cleaning vinyl/mock wooden floors of main living area, and the textured, tiled floor of the small bathroom. - Cleaning of walls in main area and bathroom - Simple wipe of the new glass cooktop, any little crumbs gathered recently round it, the wall behind stove, and kitchen benchtops - Clean microwave unit inside and out - Wipe down facade of kitchen cabinets, wipe inside kitchen cabinets - Clean the toilet and give the bathtub a good scrub to remove mild discolouration from use. - Any buildup of mould and scum on the walls surrounding bathtub (is also a shower in one). There does not appear to be a mould issue/any obvious or large amount of mould on the walls. - There seems to be a little mould on plastic/rubber shower curtain especially round the bottom (if possible to remove- it already had black smudgy marks when I moved in). - In-built Double-Bookshelf and Inbuilt Wardrobe (all wooden - no glass or sliding doors) - dusted/wiped inside and out as you see appropriate for end of lease clean standard. Vaccum or clean floor of wardrobe's inside. - Windows cleaned (inside only) - Window sills and skirting round windows to be cleaned - Tough fabric curtains to be superfiicially wiped over/or vaccumed? /dust removal (?) (whatever you can offer here - unless I need a different professional to do curtains.) I think they are a polyester cotton type blend very heavy and thick. - Spot clean ceiling if/as you see neccessary. Thanks for your help!
