A deeper clean of 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment. Must bring own cleaning items including good vacuum. I use a robo vacuum for daily maintenance which also does light mopping. House is relatively well kept, it just hasn't had a deep clean for a few months as I have hurt my back and haven't been able to keep up. Not grimey or filthy. Pictures are current. Deep clean of bathrooms (1 main, 1 ensuite both only have showers and 1 toilet in each) Dusting and wiping of all surface areas, mirrors etc Vacuuming of all areas and also vacuuming under cushions of the couch, pulling couch out from wall an vacuuming under Mopping of open kitchen/living floor area with some spot removing where required (e.g. light rubbing with cloth ) Regular kitchen clean / wipe down Cleaning of Oven Wiping in and out of fridge and microwave Wiping out of cutlery draw Cleaning windows inside and out Wiping over switches, handles and skirting boards Extras if possible: Pressure wash small balcony - please add quote for this
