I need a deep clean of a 2 bedroom apartment - end of tenancy arrangement. The apartment is 93m2. Scope of cleaning varies between rooms: - All floor surfaces need to be cleaned - vacuum carpets, mop bathroom tiles and kitchen wood floor. - All other surfaces including walls need to be wiped down to remove any visble dust and any grime. Remove any cob webs. - The bedrooms contain built-ins with drawers that need to be wiped and vacummed - Oyster lights have been taken down from each room already but need to be cleaned. Once cleaned I can re-install these if required. - All internal windows need to be cleaned. There are 4 window panels that are accessible from the balcony that need to cleaned on both sides. - There are 2 bathrooms but these were recently renovated and only need minimal effort. There is zero mold and hardly any grime. - Kitchen sink, stove top, oven and benchtop need to be cleaned. - Laundry is in a cupboard and the sink and shelves need to be cleaned. - The MAJORITY of effort cleaning is required outside on the balcony. It has a heavy build-up of dust and grime on all surfaces including the balcony ledge, air conditioner unit and wood flooring and this will need to require sweeping, scrubbing and then mopped. In addition the balcony wall will require a hand wipe to remove dust and marks. Please bring all cleaning products and tools required. - Due date: Needs to be done on Thursday, 21st Oct 2021
