Hi there I have a one bedroom apartment I’ve lived in for 4 years and I have my first inspection 🧐I have bad chronic pain issues and it leaves me absolutely knocked around ! I have tried my hardest to get most things done but I’m definitely not qualified for a lot of the issues e.g the floors are fake wood and I believe it needs certain cleaning equipment The balcony needs a deep clean (I have cats) the floor, a small amount of rubbish removal (I’ve done 90%) cleaning the windows on the balcony, wall cleaning (I’m going to remove all the posters but I’m struggling to find something to remove all this blue tac SOS! Though I’m going to do my best this week), deep cleaning of the bathroom, kitchen and oven. Bedroom vacuuming down the side of my bed (so much cat hair, I will take my cats out for the duration of the clean and try and tee it up with a vet visit), cleaning of the exhaust fan in the kitchen above the stove top and the “fan” / vent in the bathroom I’d say that this clean would maybe need 2 people I’m happy to pay for this - it’s hard to manage my animals as they are both special needs so the faster the better!
