The realestate agent wants it cleaned before inspection and gave a checklist of what must be done which I’ve included here. General Clean any dust from light coverings. Hard floor to be mopped. Carpeted areas to be vacuumed. For the skirting boards wipe over for dust and remove any scuff marks. Blinds cleaned and free of dust. Windows to be cleaned inside and outside, free of marks, window tracks and sills should be cleaned. For walls, lightly clean off any marks on the walls, without damaging the paintwork. Kitchen Stove top, oven and Range Hood/Exhaust Fan – should be cleaned inside and out, freeing these of any oil residue. Tiles/splash backs – wipe over these areas to remove any grease or marks.
