Full apartment paint(except bathroom as I’ll Reno this later). I can supply the paint if you prefer, as I’d like to know where I can get more in future if needed. Paint will be while, it’s currently a cream colour. I might (if I have time) install VJ panels on the 4m wall in lounge & bedroom prior to painting. If this is something you can do, please let me know. Also requesting how much extra would the roof cost? Just so I can figure out what I can do (it’s the start of a larger reno). Also, do you require furniture to be removed?

Can start Monday late afternoon and need to be done on Tuesday. Paint will be supplied. There is free parking on site all day and it is a ground floor apartment so no stairs. There is a brown feature wall in living area that may need extra coats to cover.

Looking for someone to repaint my small studio apartment as a tidy up in readiness of our first open house inspection to sell. The areas in need are the hallway, bedroom and living/kitchen area. If interested, a new top layer of grout to freshen things up is also needing to be done but optional. There are minor scuffs/dents if interested, although mostly looking for a fresh layer of paint for a better presentation. All rooms have furniture, so if you could provide drop sheets, edge tape and all necessary equipment to help protect furnishings that would be appreciated. We can help move the larger pieces of furniture before you paint so you won’t have to. 72 square meter 2 bedroom apartment. Kitchen just renovated so needs full refresh - walls, skirting and ceiling. 2 large rooms, hallway and smaller room only need skirting. Lexicon Quarter gloss colour required for skirtings and Matt for patching on walls. Bathroom already painted last year in renovation.
