Looking for someone to freshen up and repaint my 2 bedroom apartment (Walls, doors, roof, everything). Can supply my own paint so mainly after labour quotes. Surfaces need to be appropriately cleaned and primed before and possible some filling of cracks (not many). Wooden floorboards must be protected from dripping. If we are able to do line dates up, the apartment will be empty and unfurnished for the job.

Fees is just for timely quote and to help with expensive tolls and petrol. Approx 70m cement render. Living room, bedrooms have good quality 4 Coates of 4:1 completed 6 months ago. Kitchen and laundry need primer. Small balcony floor to be painted too. Limited prep work required. All white. No architraves or skirting, just standard concave cornice. All white. Brand is cost effective but feel free to also quote Dulux Wash and Wear. Need quote tomorrow but don’t need job done until June. Quote must be In-line with prices in the area to be considered. Happy to purchase paint or pay for your paint of choice or just include in quote.

UPDATE: I finally have a vacate date from existing tenant. This job will need to be completed the week commencing 17th June, preferably 20th - 21st. Please let me know if you are available. Paint 1 bedroom apartment. Supply all paint and materials for walls, ceiling, doors, skirting and kitchen (doors, drawers, end panels, kickboards). Probably Dulux white on white walls - to be confirmed. There will be a newly built office 'pod' with new gyprock walls (2m x 1m + one door) but the rest of the walls are existing gyprock. If you are able to sheet this timber framed office pod, please let me know in your reply. Property will be vacant.

I require a professional painter to paint the walls inside my apartment. The apartment is unfurnished. We need walls painted for living room, hallways and 2 small bedrooms only. You will require your own painting tools and drop cloths. Paint can be purchased by myself.

93 sqm Apartment painting, 1br, 1 living space, 1br small laundry area + two doors and skirting booards. Apartment has high ceilings, slanted but at the higest point approx 4 meters. There are also some small holes that have been badly patched we'd like fixed up.

There is also minor wall cracking in a handful of locations which will need to be filled in. In loungeroom area, patching will also need to be completed (as pictured). Apartment to be sold - looking to complete this job ASAP. All services and materials must be provided by the contractor and included in the price.
