We have moved into a new rental and have a new NBN connection in this property. We are unable to connect to our Apple TV to internet via this Ethernet cable ( wifi working). The IP address shown on the Apple TV is also different to our router IP address. Changing the IP address manually also does not fix the problem. Need a professional to fix this - Due date: Flexible

I’m looking for someone that is experienced with Apple Business Manager, Configurator 2, and Intune MDM to help troubleshoot some device enrolment issues. Have one iPhone being used as the test device trying to enrol it in ABM -> Intune MDM using Configurator 2. But it won’t enrol as a supervised device so company portal doesn’t install and the phone can’t get any apps as a result.
