Find an Apple Mac repair technician in Darlinghurst

I’ve bought a new Mac. These are the things I’d appreciate help with please. 1. I don’t want all the same stuff on the new mac as what is on old mac one drive. But it seems things have already moved over. 2. I’ve always found one drive confusing so think I want to start using Google docs and just use one drive for Outlook and when people send me Word Docs. 3. I don’t know how to save a word doc, then find it again in OneDrive cloud and attach to an email. Sometimes I find it and sometimes I don’t. Even though I’ve had one drive for years it’s still pot luck I find the doc 4. I’m creating presentations and videos. I need to setup folders for them on my new mac and in the cloud for backup 5. Someone put exchange on my phone. I don’t think I need it. There is an old email and I keep getting a notification on my mac for an exchange password for a redundant email Cheers for reading

MacBook Air turns off whenever not connected to power. Battery level is normal. No water damage. Computer also slow and sluggish. Unclear what the problem is. Mac is 2.5-3 years old. - Due date: Before Tuesday, 16 May 2023

Hi there, I have a MacBook (retina 12 inch early 2016) which currently has OS X El Capitan version 10. 11.6 I want to update this software to the newest possible software but I am not getting anything as an available update. My storage is 500GB with 55.41GB free and 264.61GB in ‘other’. I just would like help deleting a lot of this ‘other’ crap and updating the iOS to a newer version.

My company gave me my laptop after I left but still has MDM/DEP profile installed. I’m trying to wipe the drive and resetup but running into My roadblock with Remote Management screen

I am trying to access an old mac laptop of mine and I cant seem to get in. The passwords I have tried aren't working and I cant reset using my Apple ID. It keeps saying that I need to verify the internet connection or something. Can you help at all?!

Tried to return my mac to factory settings, Deleted the drive but on Mac OS reinstallation it keeps failing. Potentially need to install it from a thumbdrive, I'm unsure. The mac does not need any recovery, I just need it set up as new.

My iMac (that is essentially new) is running insanely slow! Apple Support are useless and my internet connection is strong so I'm at a loss. Need someone who really knows what they are doing to come over and investigate to decipher what the problem AND fix it. So I obviously need both investigation and then resolving the problem in the one visit. Thank You.
