Find an Apple Mac repair technician in NSW

Yesterday the laptop just went black and won't start. I tried to boot in safe mode but that doesn't work. Apple was unable to perform a revive. But there is feedback in the touchpad which apparently is a good sign.

My computer is very slow not sure why I have a Mac book 2021 Need someone with experience to come and fix it

I have an external hard drive with music and photo files which can only be accessed on a Mac. I no longer have a working Mac and need to transfer those files from the hard drive to another new external hard drive that’ll work on a PC. I have <4GB free on a 256GB Mac Pro that I 'inherited'. Runs veeeeery slow of course. Seems that iTunes and Photos automatically installed to the main hard drive and now I can't move them to the external SSDs I have. Tried a few times but keeps failing. Need diagnosis and fix so that files are moved and Mac Pro is usable.
