i need to clean up my Mac book pro and iPhone for more storage and run faster. it needs to be at Travelodge hotel in Mascot at 9am on Saturday september 14th.

I have an external hard drive with music and photo files which can only be accessed on a Mac. I no longer have a working Mac and need to transfer those files from the hard drive to another new external hard drive that’ll work on a PC. I’ll provide the new hard drive, just need someone to help move the files across, someone with a functioning mac or someone who may know an easier way to achieve this.

My Macbook screen stopped working suddenly. When the laptop screen part was turned into like 20 degrees the screen was working at some point and now that doesn’t work either. Apple said it could be an issue of wiring between the edge where keyboards connects to screen or display issue

3 dots appear on the screen for the Mac Studio this is fresh out of the box I turned it on once before it was fine…

I’ve bought a new Mac. These are the things I’d appreciate help with please. 1. I don’t want all the same stuff on the new mac as what is on old mac one drive. But it seems things have already moved over. 2. I’ve always found one drive confusing so think I want to start using Google docs and just use one drive for Outlook and when people send me Word Docs. 3. I don’t know how to save a word doc, then find it again in OneDrive cloud and attach to an email. Sometimes I find it and sometimes I don’t. Even though I’ve had one drive for years it’s still pot luck I find the doc 4. I’m creating presentations and videos. I need to setup folders for them on my new mac and in the cloud for backup 5. Someone put exchange on my phone. I don’t think I need it. There is an old email and I keep getting a notification on my mac for an exchange password for a redundant email Cheers for reading

My MacBook has not been backed up in a couple of years. Would like that done and some advice for basic storage of photos. Won't take any longer than an hour, have had it done before. Thank you!

Email issues as well as back up

I have <4GB free on a 256GB Mac Pro that I 'inherited'. Runs veeeeery slow of course. Seems that iTunes and Photos automatically installed to the main hard drive and now I can't move them to the external SSDs I have. Tried a few times but keeps failing. Need diagnosis and fix so that files are moved and Mac Pro is usable.
