Need to unlock my macbook pro which is locked and owner ..(my sister)of the laptop is not here so i have no idea about her icloud id and password and she forgot too. So i tried to reset but it doesnot allow mea . It ask apple id of the owner at the end. So i need to unlock it.

My MacBook Air is late 2015 model. It has a lot of storage built up in “other” which has stopped me from updating the software version and can’t download apps. I have tried deleting extra files and photos, emptied my trash can and removed caches to the best of my ability. Please let me know if you honestly think it’s worth my money to fix this issue or get a new laptop? I will most likely go back to a windows based computer instead of Apple if I do get a new laptop. I am located in Bondi but my Partner is in Rouse Hill and I’m frequently in that area. Unsure on your current work arrangements with COVID?

My Mac Laptop from 2012 stopped working. Initially, it was working fine but all of a sudden, the screen went completely black even though the power and the keyboard was. I could see power going into my laptop but it was not working. The screen went completely black. I kept aside as I was not able to work on it. Now a few days back, I took it out to get it repaired. Now it seems the even power is not going into the laptop. There is no green light on the adaptor.

Need help fixing my IMac. Not too sure if it’s a 2009 or a 2011 IMac. Made a bootable USB with High Sierra but now I can’t get it into recovery mode to or disc utility to erase HD. When I hit option on startup with the bootable USB in it recognises the bootable USB with high Sierra but apon clicking it I get the old circle with a line through it. I’m not super tech savvy with this stuff myself and am at the point where I just want someone to come sort it for me.
