Washing machine drain hose doesn't reach drain (spigot). Need to have extension hose attached to existing drain hose and attached correctly. Instructions state hose needs to be between 600mm and 1000mm before it goes to spigot (see photos). May need to remove shelf under sink to achieve this. Need someone suitably qualified to complete this on 12th December and test that it works and no water leaks and it is draining adequately

Hey, I just moved and I need help installing my Bosch washer and dryer. They don't need to be stacked and they have their own spots. The water outlet connection should be under the sink siphon. The washer is missing the water intake pipe, so we might need to get some parts to finish the installation.
Alton provided excellent service. He arrived within a few hours and installed everything without charging extra for any parts or fittings that were required. I would highly recommend him. His work was of the highest quality.

I had install the door diaphragm due to it being damaged, however the metal spring while fits correctly, doesn't tighten the door diaphragm in place. Need to look at both components to have the rubber seal not moving from it's installed position. Update: photos added, see the rubber seal is not secured to the washing machine front even with wire installed. Thanks
