Im using a wireless doorbell (Ring) but since it needs to recharge the battery once in a month or so, thinking about installing wire powered model. (Unifi Doorbell) So basically I need someone to run the micro USB cable inside the door frame through under the house to the nearby cupboard where I can hook it up with the power source, the distance is about 1.5 metres. The cupboard has cables coming from both top and bottom so it won't be an issue once the cable reaches it. Both cable and doorbell will be provided but would like to know if this is actually doable first and how much would it be if so before the purchase.

Install the washing machine in the laundry

Looking to get a conduit installed for my NBN connection. I was advised by the NBN technician to hire a private cabler for this work. The current NBN pipe is in the left corner of my backyard, near the gas water heater, which isn’t a good spot for the installation. I need the conduit installed to run through my windows and sliding doors to the right corner of the backyard, so the NBN boxes can be set up there instead. Could you please let me know: 1. The kitchen is U shaped, 1100 x 3000 x 1850. A plumber will be required to move the taps from above the bench to under the bench. There is currently a free standing electric stove which will be replaced with an underbench oven and stove top, unsure whether the electric cable will need to be upgraded. A free standing rangehood will need to be installed, power is available in the ceiling space. Overhead cupboards on both ends of the U. A new benchtop is being obtained and will require cutouts for stove top and sink. Given that it is a secondhand kitchen, I imagine the installer would prefer to quote an hourly rate in case unknown issues arise with the installation. However, I'm confident the cupboards will fit neatly into the area. We settle on the property on 16 January 2025. In providing quotes, please indicate if you have a plumber and electrician you normally use or if I should organise that myself. I have a working ecobee smart thermostat that controls the heater (just gas heating, not cooling). It has been running just fine for a few years. However, it stopped working just recently.
