I just bought a dishwasher which needs to be installed in my kitchen. One component of the job is to remove the existing cabinetry as it detracts from the available space for the dishwasher. This will involve removing the remainder of the cabinet and cutting out the base of the cabinet (circled in red in pic) to make room for the dishwasher.
