We have a new tumble dryer and a stacking unit to put it on top of the washing machine. We need two strong guys to come and install the stacker kit and the tumble dryer on top of it.

Bought two Claro 48“ DC Ceiling fans. Have assembled them but need someone to install bracket on ceiling and connect properly. Installation guides to require 45kg weights capacity mounting with 5kg fan. Timber structure and not a concrete ceiling. Not sure where beam is. See pic pls. No access through ceiling above as I live ground floor and there is an apartment op top. Ceilings are 3m and it’s an old building with timber. Not sure if support beam over existing light fixture. So important to get the holding bracket properly installed and supported to carry weight and assure a smooth operation of the fan.

I need my old dishwasher removed and a new one installed. The cabinetry around the dishwasher needs to be slightly adjusted as a new floor was fitted after the dishwasher was installed and it can now not be removed. The solution I have been told is to trim back the white board above the existing dishwasher so there is space to remove the current dishwasher and install a new one. I also have 3 bedroom doors that need some worn for one the top hinge screws have loosened and can’t be tightened and for the other two they are not closing as the latch is not working sufficiently.

I am looking for someone to install a washing machine. Will require plumbing work as there’s no laundry in the apartment. Kitchen was converted into a bedroom and the kitchen was moved to the lounge room. A tankless electric hot water heater and pump has been installed to provide water to and from the new kitchen. The tankless electric hot water heater is easily accessible in a cupboard. We haven’t bought the washing machine so open to recommendations. We do not have a preference where it goes as long as we can put a cupboard around it. Looking for rough quotes.
