Need a qualified technician to install a roller door motor system

Hello, Our old house doesn't have a rangehood or fan ventilation for the cooktop, just a hole above the oven into he ceiling. We want to put in an exhaust fan or whatever you suggest the best option. The other issue is the hole just goes into the ceiling, so it would need to be ducted to the outside I imagine. There is also a dead rat in the cavity that needs to be removed. I'm not sure if this would be a handyman or electrician job Thanks for reading!

Our washing machine needs to be set up. The existing hole for the cords/hoses that feed through to the water is too small, so we need you to cut a wider hole/space for all the cords to fit through - you will need to bring a drill that has a circular cutting attachment. Once the hole is big enough, the washing machine needs to be lifted into the shelf (25 cm lift, my husband can assist with lifting). We need a handy-person with muscle and their own tools to help install a washing machine in our European laundry. The connections and plumbing is all there, the new washing machine just needs to be connected. It may also involve taking the doors off the hinges to get the machine into place. The model is an LG 7.5kg Front Load Washer WV5-1275W.
