Needing Someone to install a fold down clothes line onto a brick wall

I need to install new Canopy Range hood 60cm in a townhouse which needs a (core borer) drill in the brick wall. Need to uplift the electric switch also. Refer to the attached picture.

I bought a dishwasher. Had a go at installing it myself but the water isn't flowing. Can't figure out why. Probably an easy fix I think I am just in over my head. Need someone who knows what they're doing, obviously.

I have an old dishwasher that I need to have dismantled and taken out of the unit in the kitchen. So that involves turning water supply off, moving the dishwasher out and taking it off the pipes at the back.
