The error code says a leak and machine wont start. On searching this seems this is a common problem which can be solved by tipping the machine forward (it is self standing) and remove the water. This worked a couple of times but now it doesnt. Clearly we need to find the leak, but it must be minor.

We have a Euromaid condenser dryer (CD7KG). Unfortunately, it isn't drying clothes at all. The air coming out of the exhuast is cold. Budget excludes any parts that might be needed. It is in otherwose good condition (eg, we regularly clean the lint filter, empty the water reservoir, clean the water condenser, etc).
