I require someone to assist with washing machine repair. Bosch series 6 and drain pump cover is stuck, given this requires the pump to be removed I’m looking for someone who can do this

Metal roller shutter is locked in the shut position need it released to open it. Press remote control just keeps making a horrible noise. Seems it is jammed needs to be released.
