Descale keeps coming back on display after machine descaling

Throttle on Honda petrol lawnmower is not working correctly. When accelerating the throttle the motor accelerates to a point then plateaus out and I can't get the motor up to full speed. I think it is something to do with the spring connecting the cabling to the actual gear on the mower itself (the cable itself seems fine), but I am not sure and am looking for someone who knows how to fix this for me. - Due date: Flexible
