Our tenants in Carnegie sent us this message. The Asko dishwasher has an "F10 error" and keeps beeping. The manual for this model seems to indicate that this is an issue with the pump. We've followed the troubleshooting instructions in the manual and cleaned all the filters, but now the touch panel is not responding and it's still beeping and showing the error code. (I've attached a photo of the control panel, but it's unplugged to stop the beeping, so the error code isn't on the screen.) Can you please send someone to look at it?
I would absolutely use this guy again. He is first class. Great communicator and technically expert.

We've been having some trouble with the dishwashers touch panel. We checked the owners manual for the model Number: 484497 DISHWASHER DW16.2-D5646S ASK. This is what we have found - it's an Asko brand dishwasher. It is quite a few years old. It works well except for the touch panel being very temperamental. Most likely think we need a replacement touch panel with a new one. We are located in Carnegie and access is excellent. - Due date: Needs to be done on Thursday, 25 January 2024
