Bottom right hot stove plate is not working properly. This stove is less than 10 years old. When turning the heating dial (either low or high) this bottom right hot plate only heats up to high. Put differently, if I want to turn it down to low heat, it remains on high heat (and therefore I am unable to simmer food for hours on low heat). The plate itself is not damaged, perhaps one or more heating elements need fixing or replacing.
