Old evaporative cooler not working. Last plumber check decided it was caused by broken PCB due to power surge. I also attached their recommended steps to fix it. Hope there are some experienced evaporative cooler specialist could help to fix it

Dishwasher is a DiLusso model DW45DGS which does not drain water properly after a dish wash. Dishwasher displays E3 error code - water drainage malfunction. Have tried cleaning out the filter, and checking for obstructions near the filter, but water still does not drain. I also hear a click sound when the dishwasher is trying to empty the water, and don't really hear a motor sound. I was unable to check the impellor blades, as I don't know how to access them. I have a neff oven and the spring for the door needs replacing. Not working I also have an older fisher and paykel fridge. Freezer at top and water is building up under the panel between freezer and fridge and dripping down into the fridge

Hello, small appliance electrical whizzes, I am wondering if a EWT oil heater, freestanding/mobile can be repaired? It was working and for no reason now short circuits the main house power. I am led to believe there is a short circuit switch inside the unit which can be adjusted/repaired. Requires an electrical small appliance enthusiast! Thank you.
