My ducted heating is not operating since Tuesday. The control panel screen went blank so I thought the batteries needed replacement so replaced the batteries with no joy. I had a fellow come in on Wednesday and went in the roof to check if it was just needing reset but that wasn’t the issue so he arranged for his colleague to attend to do repair Thursday night but he was unable to attend as he was a covid close contact and unavailable for a week. I urgently need a technician to get heating running. The control panel was replaced about 4 years ago when the same problem occurred but my old technician has retired and sold the business. Need someone hopefully today in deer park area or can undertake the task
