Repairs outdoor clothes line

My Esatto top loader washing machine isn’t washing my clothes. The drum fills up, but the agitator on the bottom lifts up mid-cycle and floats to the top. I have tightened it with a screwdriver multiple times but it keeps unscrewing. The washing machine CAN complete a spin cycle/drain water, but won’t spin during the “wash” cycle. Meaning the clothes are effectively floating in water. The belt is in tact and unworn, the pipes are clear and draining. The filter appears ok from what I can tell. Price is to inspect the machine/identify the fault and tell me if it’s worth fixing or I need to replace the machine. If it is worth fixing, a quote for repair can then be negotiated. The machine is only max 3 years old.

I have an old Canon VC-30 camcorder which is in overall superb condition, powers on, and all the buttons seem to do what they're meant to do. The only issue so far is that there is no image in the viewfinder besides the heads-up-display showing various settings. From the research I've done - the likely issue seems to be that it needs a new CCD (charge coupled device), or that some capacitors need replacing. The troubleshooting in the manual does not solve the issue. Note: - The iris opens and closes and can be seen doing so through the lens. - I've opened up the viewfinder, and there are no exploded or leaking capictors.

We have a six zone automatic watering system with a Rainbank controller (Rainbird ESP ME) and Davey rainbank pump that utilizes an underground water tank. We are decommissioning one zone to allow artificial lawn installation. This zone was for the rear yard lawn. The task is to: - check all zones and repair all leaks (if any) and sprinklers including micro sprinklers - block and decommission the six pop-up sprinklers that previously watered the rear lawn area - around 95m2. Our washing machine has a leak inside, I think it might be a hose. We have an LG inverter DirectDrive 4.5kg washer dryer (WD14030FD6)

My series 4 bosch washing machine doesn't complete the cycle/program and when hasn't drained all the water it re-start the cycle again and again! I have already tried hard and soft reset and it didn't fix the problem. Also, have checked the water pump and still didn't resolve the issue. Also, checked the siphone hose.
